Matching Support is for Intended Parents and Gestational Carriers who primarily need help finding and developing the right connection.
Matching is about more than meeting basic criteria. We help participants identify what matters to them, begin important conversations, and build a match based on compatibility, communication, and shared expectations. We don’t just scour our database of candidates – we go out of our way to find the right match for YOU.

- Intended Parent or Gestational Carrier profile guidance
- Intentional candidate matching based on stated preferences
- Initial journey-readiness and records coordination
- Initial screening of records (clinic makes final determination as to whether candidate qualifies under their criteria)

- Guidance for introductory conversations
- Important compatibility questions

- Support through match confirmation
- Continued matching assistance if an initial match does not proceed for any reason
- No requirement for Gestational Carriers to remain exclusive to the Heart to Home community
